Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of Club Regent Casino at https://clubregent-ca.com (the "Site") and the use of any real-money or informational gaming services made available through or in connection with the Site. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

  • Player: A User who has successfully completed registration and verification processes on the applicable real-money platform (including but not limited to the PlayNow Manitoba platform) and who participates in gaming activities in accordance with applicable terms and laws.
  • Account: A personal user account created on an authorized real-money gaming platform (for example, PlayNow Manitoba) that is operated, conducted and managed by or on behalf of MBLL and to which these Terms may apply in conjunction with the platform's own user agreement.
  • Bet or Wager: Any amount of money or monetary value staked by a Player on the outcome of a casino game, slot, table game, or any other form of regulated gambling product offered through or referenced by the Site or through the authorized online gaming platform.
  • Game: Any casino game, slot, table game, live dealer game, or other gambling product made available to Players through the authorized online gaming platform associated with Club Regent Casino and MBLL.
  • Bonus: Any promotional credit, free spin, match offer, or other incentive granted to a Player subject to specific conditions, including wagering requirements and time limits, which may not have direct cash value until such conditions are met.
  • Wagering Requirements: The minimum total value of bets that must be placed by a Player using a Bonus and/or deposited funds before associated Bonus funds or winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer): Identity and verification procedures required under applicable law and regulatory standards, including verification of age, identity, residence, and where applicable, physical location within Manitoba.
  • Regulator: The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Authority of Manitoba ("LGCA") and any successor body exercising regulatory oversight over gaming in Manitoba.
  • Applicable Law: All laws, regulations, directives, standards, and conditions applicable in Manitoba and Canada, including but not limited to The Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation Act and The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Act (C.C.S.M. c. L153).
  • Unauthorized Use: Any use of the Site or associated gaming services in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or regulator standards, including but not limited to underage gambling, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or technical manipulation.
  • Personal Information: Information about an identifiable individual processed in connection with Site access, account creation, or participation in gaming activities, as further described in the applicable privacy policy.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

  • Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age to access the Site for informational purposes and at least the legal gambling age prescribed in Manitoba (currently 18 years or older) to participate in any real-money gaming activities promoted through or linked from the Site.

  3. Email and contact verification: You may need to verify your email address and/or telephone number via a verification link or code before your Account is activated. Failure to complete verification may result in restricted access or cancellation of your registration.
  4. KYC and identity checks: MBLL and its service providers may conduct KYC checks and other verification procedures before allowing deposits, wagers, withdrawals, or continued use of your Account. You may be requested to submit documents such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
  5. Location verification: For real-money play, technical means such as geolocation services, IP address checks, and device checks may be used to verify that you are physically located within Manitoba. If you cannot be reliably located within Manitoba, access to real-money play may be denied or restricted.

User Obligations

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Availability of Games: The selection of Games accessible to you may vary and is subject to change at any time in accordance with regulatory approvals and MBLL operational decisions. Some Games may be available only at Club Regent Casino's physical venue; others may be accessible online through the authorized platform.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game will specify minimum and maximum Bet amounts. You may only place Bets within those limits and subject to your available Account balance. MBLL may adjust limits to comply with risk management policies and regulatory conditions.
  • Placement of Bets: A Bet is considered placed and accepted when it has been recorded by the Game server and confirmed on your device or terminal. Once accepted, the Bet becomes final and cannot be unilaterally revoked by you except as expressly provided in these Terms or platform rules.
  • Currency: All Bets and payouts for online play for Manitoba residents are generally denominated in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise clearly stated for a specific Game or promotion.

Bet Cancellation and Modification

  1. Finality of accepted Bets: After a Bet has been accepted, you do not have a right to cancel it.     • Share personal or financial information of yourself or others; or
    • Attempt to interfere with or influence other players' decisions in an abusive or misleading way.
  • Responsible gambling: The Operator supports responsible gambling through programs such as GameSense (see https://gamesensemb.ca). You agree to use account tools such as deposit limits, self-exclusion and time-outs responsibly and to seek assistance if gambling is causing you harm.
  • Regulatory compliance onsite: When visiting Club Regent Casino or other MBLL properties, you must comply with posted house rules, security instructions, and all provincial legislation and LGCA directives applicable to gaming premises.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Eligibility and Activation

Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

  • Consequences of abuse: If MBLL reasonably determines that you have breached Bonus terms or engaged in abusive behaviour, it may, subject to regulator oversight:
    • Cancel or remove Bonuses and associated winnings;
    • Adjust your Account balances to correct misuse; and/or
    • Restrict, suspend, or close your Account and deny future participation in promotions.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Conditions

  • Payment methods: Deposits for real-money play linked from clubregent-ca.com (for example, via PlayNow Manitoba) may be made using payment cards (debit and, where permitted, credit), bank transfers, selected e-wallets, or other provincially approved methods. The availability of specific methods may vary by time, provider, and regulatory changes.
  • Crypto assets: As of the effective date of these Terms, the use of cryptocurrency or similar digital assets for regulated gambling in Manitoba is generally not supported or may be subject to stringent regulatory controls. Where crypto payments are not explicitly permitted by MBLL and LGCA, you must not attempt to deposit or wager using such assets.
  • Ownership of payment instruments: You must use only payment methods held in your own name. Use of third-party cards, accounts, or wallets is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by policy and verified in accordance with KYC requirements.
  • Deposit limits: You may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. In addition, MBLL may impose mandatory deposit or account limits, including maximum balance thresholds, to comply with responsible gambling obligations and regulatory mandates.

Withdrawals

  1. Withdrawal methods: Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for deposit where possible, or via an alternative method approved by MBLL and permitted by Applicable Law. Additional verification may be required before any payment is released.
  2. Processing times: MBLL endeavours to process withdrawal requests within reasonable timeframes (for example, within 1 - 5 business days), but actual times may vary depending on verification needs, payment provider performance, and regulatory checks. Bank or intermediary delays are outside MBLL's direct control.
  3. Fees: The Operator aims to minimize or avoid fees; however, certain payment providers may charge processing fees, currency conversion charges, or service fees. Any fees known to MBLL will be disclosed where practicable, but you are responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.
  4. Verification before payout: Prior to processing withdrawals, MBLL may require updated identity documents, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, and, where necessary, explanations of transaction history for anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing compliance.

Refunds and Adjustments

  • Mistaken deposits: If you believe you have made a deposit in error, you must promptly notify customer support. Refunds of unused deposits may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to legal and regulatory constraints, including anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Refunds of Bets: As a general rule, Bets are final once accepted. Refunds may be issued where a Game outcome is invalidated due to confirmed technical malfunction, systemic error, or where required by LGCA. In such cases, MBLL may void affected Bets and return stakes to your Account.
  • Bonus-related funds: Bonus funds or winnings associated with Bonuses are non-refundable cash equivalents until wagering requirements are met. If a Bonus is cancelled or forfeited, any remaining Bonus balance and related winnings may be removed from your Account.
  • Chargebacks: Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks on payment cards or bank accounts may lead to immediate Account suspension, reversal of winnings, and reporting to relevant payment providers and authorities, subject to Applicable Law.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator is committed to offering Games that operate fairly and transparently. Exclusions of Liability

    • Technical errors, bugs, or malfunctions in software, hardware, or communication systems, provided that MBLL acts promptly and reasonably to remedy known issues; or
    • Loss or corruption of data, delays, or failures in transmissions that are beyond MBLL's reasonable control.
  2. Third-party services: The Site may contain links to third-party platforms (including PlayNow.com) operated under separate terms and privacy policies. MBLL is not responsible for the content, security, or availability of such third-party sites, nor for any losses arising from your use of them, except to the extent required by Applicable Law.
  3. Indirect and consequential damages: Except where prohibited by law, MBLL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, Games, or Bonuses.

Limitation of Maximum Compensation

  • Cap on liability: Without limiting mandatory statutory rights, and subject to any contrary requirement under Applicable Law, MBLL's total aggregate liability to you for any single incident or series of related incidents arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet or Game shall not exceed:
    • The amount of the Bet or Wager placed in relation to the specific Game or transaction giving rise to the claim; or
    • Where no Bet amount applies, an amount equal to the lesser of (i) your net winnings from the affected Game session and (ii) CAD 1,000.
  • Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under Applicable Law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful misconduct.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Trademarks: "Club Regent Casino", "Casinos of Winnipeg", MBLL marks, and any related logos are trademarks or official marks of MBLL or associated entities. Other names, logos, and brands appearing on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.   • Software: The software and underlying code used to operate the Site and associated Games, including RNG modules and user interfaces, are licensed or owned by MBLL and/or its technology partners (for example, BCLC and certified vendors). Restrictions on Use

  • No copying or distribution: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit, publicly display, or distribute any Content or software from the Site without the prior written consent of MBLL or the relevant rights holder, except as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • No reverse engineering: You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the Site, Games, or any associated software, except to the limited extent permitted by non-waivable provisions of Applicable Law.
  • No data scraping: Automated data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction methods on clubregent-ca.com, including for the purposes of odds compilation, commercial exploitation, or unauthorized analytical services, are strictly prohibited.
  • Reservation of rights: All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by MBLL and its licensors. Any unauthorized use of Content or software may result in civil or criminal liability.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of Club Regent Casino and any associated online gaming services is subject to applicable privacy policies and data protection laws in Canada and Manitoba.

Changes to Terms

Updates and Notification

  • Right to modify: MBLL may amend or update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in Applicable Law, regulatory guidance, operational practices, or Site functionality.
  • Notification methods: Where material changes are made, MBLL will take reasonable steps to notify Users, which may include:
    • Posting a prominent notice or banner on clubregent-ca.com;
    • Sending an email to the address registered with your Account (where available); or
    • Requiring you to accept updated Terms when you next log in or attempt to place a Bet.

Acceptance and Discontinuation

  • Continued use: Your continued access to or use of the Site or participation in Games after updated Terms have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
  • Right to discontinue: If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must:
    • Stop using the Site and any associated online gaming services; and

Termination & Suspension

Grounds for Suspension or Closure

  • By the Operator: MBLL may, acting reasonably and in compliance with LGCA oversight, suspend or terminate your access to the Site or associated online gaming Account, in whole or in part, where:
    • You breach these Terms, platform-specific user agreements, or applicable promotion terms;
    • You provide false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information;
    • There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism, or other unlawful conduct;
    • You engage in abuse of Bonuses, collusion, technical manipulation, or disruptive behaviour; or
    • Required by Applicable Law, regulator directives, or a court order.
  • By the User: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support or using tools offered on the authorized online platform. Voluntary self-exclusion options are available and may apply for specified periods.

Procedure and Effects

  1. Notice: Where practicable and not contrary to law or security considerations, MBLL will provide notice of suspension or termination using your registered email address or via in-account messaging, stating, in general terms, the reason for such action.
  2. Account balance: Upon account closure (other than for fraud, unlawful conduct, or serious breach), MBLL will, subject to verification and Applicable Law, arrange for payment of any undisputed real-money balance to you using an approved withdrawal method. Bonuses and Bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements may be forfeited.
  3. Investigations: During an investigation of suspected misconduct, MBLL may temporarily freeze your Account, restrict withdrawals, and review transaction records. MBLL may, where legally required or permitted, share relevant information with law enforcement, regulators, or financial institutions.
  4. Effect on future access: If your Account is terminated for serious breach, including fraud, underage participation, or regulatory violations, MBLL may bar you from future use of its online gaming services and, if appropriate, from its physical gaming premises, subject to Applicable Law and regulator processes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Manitoba jurisdiction: These Terms, your use of Club Regent Casino, and any participation in real-money gaming services conducted and managed by MBLL through or in connection with clubregent-ca.com are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
  • Regulatory framework: Gaming activities are conducted pursuant to The Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation Act and regulated under The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Act (C.C.S.M. c. L153) and related regulations, policies, and directives issued by LGCA.

Dispute Resolution

  1.   3. Court proceedings: Subject to any mandatory dispute resolution processes under Applicable Law, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the courts of the Province of Manitoba, and you irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of those courts.
  4. Time limits: Any claim or cause of action you may have in relation to these Terms or your use of the Site must be commenced within the period prescribed by Applicable Law.
